FAQ's

Do you work with seniors and older adults?

Yes. I specialize in supporting seniors through aging, health changes, grief, anxiety, and emotional transitions.

Do you help medically complex adults?

Absolutely. I work with clients navigating chronic illness, new diagnoses, mobility changes, and medical trauma.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes — for clients in Florida and Connecticut.

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is just like an in-person session, but we meet via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You can use your phone, tablet, or computer from your home, office, or any private space.

What can I expect in the first session?

We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’re hoping for, and what support looks like for you. No pressure, no judgment.

Do you offer caregiver support?

Yes. Caregivers often carry emotional weight that goes unseen. Therapy can help you feel supported and less alone.

How long is therapy?

It depends on your goals. Some clients come for a few months; others stay longer for ongoing support.

Does insurance cover Telehealth?

Most major insurance plans cover telehealth the same way they cover in-person visits. We can verify your benefits before our first session.
